Relay Details:
-Friday setting up will start at about 3pm – until 8pm
-Saturday setting up will start at about 6:30am – until 8am
-Vehicles will only be allowed on the track during the above times
-Electricity will be available at the event (estimated to have outlets every 100 ft. so bring your extension cords)
-Absolutely NO animals, tobacco products or alcoholic beverages allowed at the event
-Parking for the event will be available next to the field (limited handicapped in front row)
-NO open fires allowed, BBQ’s & fire pits w/ covers are ok
-PLEASE ATTEND OUR LAST TEAM CAPTAIN MEETING ON JULY 12th @ 6pm, BCHD Redondo Room for last minute updates
-All final details/changes will be announced at this meeting
With LESS THAN TWO WEEKS to go, let’s keep our fundraising goal of $400,000+ in focus & finish strong!!!
